Modular inserts for economic prototypes.

Matrex has a program for prototype parts produced in modular inserts. These inserts can be aluminum, P-20 or steel. This program will save you the cost of a standard mold base or mud unit and provide a quick delivery.

We also use inserts in a modular standard mold base to allow for larger parts. Hand loads can be used to keep the tooling cost down.
